
Our Story
Lindsay is a late-diagnosed ADHDer and has a passion for serving ADHD and Autistic individuals, couples, and more. This is her 4th career. Lindsay has also worked as a stage manager for live theatre, worked in retail management, and as a project manager and administrative support for McMaster University. Lindsay uses an affirming approach and tailors interventions to her client's needs. She uses a variety of modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, among others. She uses a culturally responsive and social justice framework. She also combines the medical model along with critical theory as a lens for her work. Lindsay aims to provide a space for people to explore what feels most important and comforting to them. She will often pepper in tangible solutions when they feel helpful. She has worked on many teams and can help communicate across neurotypes as well find solutions that work with unique brains - not against them.
