Psychotherapy
I offer individual and couples therapy with an eclectic or integrative approach that draws from a variety of modalities. I work hard to attune to my clients needs and have found a lot of satisfaction in providing relational care and working with clients during many phases of their lives.
I also offer couples therapy, particularly to those relationships that are impacted by ADHD. I draw on emotion focused therapy strategies, while also making space for using some coaching elements when needed. I am sex, kink, and poly informed and positive.
Corporate Services
Info Seminar: I can offer an ADHD basics for your team or for your people managers to help build understanding of how ADHD traits show up in the workplace and what to do.
Team coaching: I can offer 1 on 1 or team coaching when ADHD might be showing up in work dynamics and habits.
Tailored Work Solutions: I can work with team leaders to address systems in your specific workplace and how small changes can impact employee engagement and productivity.
